I am writing this letter to you to recognize two of your technicians and their actions.
My parents had an installation at their address in Quinlan Tx on June 11, 2014.
While they were there, my mother fell on her kitchen floor and hit her head. Two of your technicians who were doing the install, Cyle and Trevor, immediately went to help and tried to call my dad, who happened to be working that day. When they could not reach him, they called me to let me know what had happened. They tried to get her to call the ambulance, but she is pretty stubborn and refused to do so, even though she could not get up without assistance. Luckily, I work close by and was able to come and check her out. They helped me get her off of the floor and into her chair and stayed there to make sure she was ok.
Long story short…we made her go to the ER that night, and it turns out she had an inflamed pancreas due to gall stones. She was in the hospital for a week, removing her gall bladder and gall stones that were pressing on her pancreas.
The situation could have been much worse, and we are so thankful that Cyle and Trevor were there, and that they are such good and moral men. I am very thankful for them and very appreciative of the respectful way that they treated both of my parents.
I would have written to you sooner; however, she was in the hospital for a week and then I immediately left to go on vacation with my family so I just returned back to work.
If there is anything else I can do to recognize these two gentlemen for their actions, please do not hesitate to let me know. Please let both men know that we are grateful for their actions and their caring.
